Stock Options Software
George asked:

I’ve been working in a software company ‘A’ for a few years and awarded stock options over this period of time.

Now I’m planning to leave and a company ‘B’ is making me an offer wants my salary details before making the offer. They asked me to approximately give them the value of my esop (stock option)

I’m not sure how to figure this out. Over the last year the stock has fluctuated in the range of 10$. What value do I choose when evaluating my espp worth ? If I choose current market value (which is currently low) then I stand to undervalue the options. What is a fair way of doing this ?
